Terms and Conditions:

Note: All persons entering the grounds designated by CORSER CONCEPTS otherwise known as “the Grounds” are subject to the terms and conditions listed below. All persons agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. All persons accept the dangers and risks associated with riding motorcycles and must ride within their own riding limits.
  2. All riders must be over the age of 18 or have Parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf.
  3.  Any person who rides or uses a motorcycle on the grounds shall at all times wear correct safety gear consisting of: SNELL/DOT approved safety helmet, long sleeve shirt, pants, ankle high boots, gloves and goggles.
  4.  Corser Concepts cannot be held liable for the failure of this said safety equipment or its use.
  5.  Corser Concepts reserves the right to change, alter or cancel any or all portions of the schools itinerary or dates at any time for the safe operation of the course.
  6.  Corser Concepts reserves the right to remove any person from the grounds for any reason whatsoever and in the event that the person refuses to leave the grounds forthwith at the request of the employees, servants or agents of the academy, those servants, employees or agents may remove such person(s) using such force that is necessary in the circumstances to effect such removal by whatever means is deemed appropriate under the circumstances in order to preserve and protect the interests of riders and patrons of Corser Concepts Motorcycle Schools.
  7.  All riders shall obey all safety signs and instructions in order to preserve the safety of all riders
  8.  Corser Concepts reserves the right to terminate a student’s course if any doubt to self and others health and wellbeing is an issue. (No refund will be given)
  9.  No person shall ride or attempt to ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The organizers reserve the rights to evict, remove or escort any persons from the grounds, which they reasonably believe to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol in order to preserve the safety and comfort of other patrons.
  10.  No person will race /cause/allow to be raced in any matter whatsoever, a motorcycle in his or her possession/control against another motorcycle.
  11.  In the event that an incident or accident occurs within the grounds during the course, the organizers must be notified immediately of such incident or accident and details must be recorded in the incident book on the day of such incident or accident occurring.
  12.  In the event of bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstance, Corser Concepts reserves the right to modify/alter or cancel the event if more than 50% of day has ran, no alternate date will be given. If less than 50% completed, then Corser Concepts reserves the right to transfer the remaining portion of course to an alternate date Note: No money refund will be given

Waiver and Release Form:

  1.  Corser Concepts cannot be held liable for any injuries or losses that may occur during any portion of the school or event.
  2.  All persons entering the grounds do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
  3.  Corser Concepts cannot be held liable for any guest’s health or injuries sustained during the school or event.
  4.  I certify that I have no known physical or mental impairment that my affect my safety or the safety of the group.
  5.  I certify that I am not under the influence of any narcotic, alcohol or other drug that may impair my understanding or judgment and that I will not at any time during the tour operate my motorcycle under the influence of any narcotic, alcohol or any drug.
  6.  I/We acknowledge and agree as a condition of entry that neither Corser Concepts nor the Promoters, nor the sponsor organizations, nor the
    Landowners or lessees, nor the organizers of the event, nor their respective servants, officials, representatives or agents (all of which shall collectively be called the “organizers”), shall be under any liability whatsoever for my death, or any bodily injury, loss or damage which may be sustained or incurred by me, as a result of participation in or being present at an event, except in regard to any rights I/We may have arising under the Trades Practice Act 1974. I/We acknowledge that motorcycling is dangerous and that accidents causing death, bodily injury, disability and property damage can happen and do happen without any fault occasioned on the part of the organizers.
  7.  I/We indemnify the landowner, the occupier, Corser Concepts Motorcycle School, the sponsors, Motorcycle Australia, their servants or officials against any claims or liability for any damage, loss or injury I/We may suffer arising in any way out of the event(s) held by the organizers on the grounds or premises in accordance with this agreement. Where more than one person signs this indemnity, we all agree that we shall be bound severally and jointly for any loss/losses incurred.
  8.  Corser Concepts shall not be held under any liability of any nature whatsoever to any person for any loss, damage, delay or injury resulting in breakdown, mechanical defect or accident or by reason of the motorcycle being unsuitable for the purpose or skill of the rider. I/We warrant that the motorcycle that I/We use to participate in the riding school to be mechanically sound and suitable for my skill level.
  9.  All persons riding upon motorcycles in the grounds will fully indemnify all persons, corporations, clubs and associations or other legal entities having any connection with the promotion and/or organization and/or conduct of motorcycle riding, trail riding, trials riding or time trials in the grounds including the owners or occupiers of the land from all liability to third parties in respect to death, personal injury or loss of or damage to property resulting from or arising out of the use of a motorcycle or any equipment in the possession or control of such person in the grounds.

2 DAY ADVENTURE

  • This Motocycle training course is designed for advanced Riders or Racers with many years of experience wishing to fine tune their race craft skills and make them faster and more confident in their ability.
  • The three key components of this course are the same as the Non Racer/Intermediate course but all at a much quicker aggressive pace.
  • The Students that attend this course will learn the skills required to master.. the art of “BACKING IT IN”.
